2018 Crawfish Boil Tickets
Important Information
PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING BELOW
The only way to purchase tickets for
this event is through Everbrite.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!
You will receive a receipt once your
order is complete.
PLEASE PRINT THAT RECEIPT AND BRING IT
WITH YOU TO THE EVENT.
Your printed receipt is your ticket –
bring it with you to the event along
with a photo ID.
Non-crawfish eaters are free to bring a
picnic at no charge.
Member tickets are $65.39 ($60 + $5.39
fee) before 6:00PM June 5th.
Alumni Kids 5-12 are $17.89 ($15 + $2.89
fee) / Public Kids 5-12 are $17.89 ($15
+ $2.89 fee) / Kids 4 and under are
free.
Non-member tickets are $75.95 ($70 +
$5.95 fee) before 6:00PM June 5th.
ALL TICKETS are $80.95 ($80 +5.95 fee)
after 6:00PM June 5th.
All Member tickets sold per La Tech,
Louisiana State Society, Loyola, LSU,
McNeese, NSU, Tulane, UL Lafayette, ULM,
and UNO alum will be cross checked
through alumni offices. "Non-member"
(public) tickets will be void if
purchased under an alumni chapter.
DAY OF EVENT
Arrive early due to limited parking.
Please utilize the FREE shuttle which
leaves from Huntington Metro or carpool.
Once you arrive, check in at the
registration tables for your wrist
bands.
Check in at the front desk for Will Call
tickets
No payments will be accepted at the park
Bring your Everbrite receipt of
payment and ID with you.
You will receive one crawfish wristband
per ticket purchase for ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT
- (while supplies last) crawfish,
potatoes, corn, jambalaya, beer, and
drinks
ID's will be checked for a separate beer
wristband.

AVOID PARKING HASSLES and DUIs
Parking is extremely limited. Carpool or
take the Free Shuttle

parking garage to the crawfish boil
First pick up time will be 11:30 am at
Huntington
Last departure time from the boil will
be 5:00 pm

Served in LCC cups ONLY / 2 cup limit
per trip per person
FOOD
Served in LCC trays only / 1 tray limit
per person per trip

PARTICIPATION
Every year schools are asked to
participate and join the DC LCC. It is
up to the schools alumni association to
make that decision. If you would like
your school to be a part of the DC LCC
please contact your school's alumni
association.

selected university alumni chapter are the only recipients of this

On certain forms we may require credit card information in order for
you to pay the services you requested. This information will be
processed through our merchant and your credit card will be charged
accordingly.

communicating you information related to our services. Your email
address will never be shared with a 3rd party.

servers. However, we may sometimes need to disclose personal
information when required by law, if we have a good-faith belief
